Bantry Quarters is a 28 townhome community with four separate buildings. So, each building will house seven of the two-story units.

Units have either north or south-facing front doors and porches. Garages share the alleyway with the building next door.

Each townhome has the same floorplan though some will be oriented as a left-hand unit and some as a right-hand (flipped) unit.

End units will allow for more windows and only one common wall and will, therefore, carry price premiums.

Buildings will be completed in order: #1, #2, #3, #4.
